Product Overview:

Textile & fiber antiseptics are a new generation of broad-spectrum bactericidal antiseptics that are used to control microorganisms in various textile & fiber production and are widely used in textile or fiber oil agent systems. It has good compatibility with various emulsifiers, surfactants and protein components; it does not contain formaldehyde, does not contain any heavy metals, and has significant bactericidal and antiseptic properties.

Characteristics:

1) Broad-spectrum, high-efficiency and rapid killing of various bacteria, fungi and yeasts;

2) with water and emulsifier immiscible, easy to operate.

3) pH 2.0-13.0 can be used

4) chemical fiber oil system compatibility, no flocculation, anti-knot.

Application area:

3Q-801 Textile chemical fiber antiseptic is non-irritating to skin under the use of concentration. It should avoid contact between skin and medicament. Skin should be cleaned in a timely manner. Avoid entrance and eyes during the period. If it is inadvertently touched, rinse with plenty of water.

Precautions:

Wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, goggles and masks when handling, and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. Once in contact with the skin and eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap and consult a doctor promptly.

Package & Storage:

The product is packaged in 25kg/drum or 200kg/drum or IBC drum ,and then wrapped in pallets to ensure the cargos are not damaged during transportation

It should be stored in a dry,cool and sealed place,avoid light ,storage period of 12 months.
