1.What's your MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 500KG, so in this situation, we can send large products to you by sea, because sea freight is much cheaper than international express cost. But if you really need a few quantity of chemicals and cannot find the suppliers locally, we can also help you.

2.How can I get samples ?
Free samples is available, but freight charges will be at your account and the charges will be return to you or deduct from your order in the future.

3.What documents you provide?
Usually, we provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA ,Origin certificate. If your markets have any special requirements, let us know.

4.What is the payment terms?
We can accept various payment methods, T/T in advance are highly recommended. We can also accept L/C,Western Union,paypal Money Gram etc,and we have cooperated with Sinosure many years.

5.How can you guarantee the quality of your products
1. Our staff are all experienced in chemical products or related major background, they are well trained before quotation.
2. Free sample or pre- shipment sample are available for our new cooperation before you place commercial order. We are sure the same specification commercial products as sample to customers.
3. Third Party Inspection like SGS can be arranged according to your requirement before shipping.
