Overview

BRPG-2 biological reagent preservative can quickly penetrate cell membranes and inhibit specific enzymes that are essential for cell respiration. Therefore, once it comes into contact with microbial organisms, it will immediately inhibit cell activity. The multiple specific toxicity sites of the inactivator can prevent microorganisms from developing high levels of drug resistance, and the inactivator remains highly effective even during long-term storage of the IVD components. Only for biodiagnostic testing and in vitro diagnostic testing.

Features

1. Broad-spectrum antibacterial properties, fast action speed; good compatibility of enzymes and diagnostic factors, will not affect the reaction with enzymes or antibodies.

2. The dosage is small, 6-20ppm of this product can achieve the purpose of antibacterial.

3. Wide application range of pH (pH 2-12) and good chemical stability. According to laboratory testing, when stored at 25 degrees Celsius for 2 years, the active ingredient of the preservative only loses 3%.

4. Safe and environmentally friendly. The toxicity is far lower than similar products thimerosal.

5. Ready-to-use aqueous solution, which can be mixed with water in any ratio.

6. In TRIS, TES and HEPES buffer solutions, it is still very stable at pH 7.

7. The content of active components can be detected by HPLC.

Instructions

Choose corresponding preservatives according to product characteristics, add 0.05-0.3%, and add as appropriate according to laboratory tests.

Storage, transportation and preservation

50g, 500g, 10kg glass bottles/plastic buckets, stored in a dark and ventilated place, the storage temperature is lower than 40℃, and the storage period is 3 years.
