Overview:

Oil-based paints, inks, vegetable oils, mineral oils and lubricants will carry part of the water during storage. Water will accumulate in the container and promote the growth of microorganisms, which will deteriorate and produce odors, affecting the normal oil storage, transportation and production environment. Therefore, oil-soluble oil must be added to the oil to protect the oil-based liquid and ensure normal production.it is oil-soluble biocides,and anhydrous formula 

Performance characteristics

Ultra-efficient preservative can be used for the protection of oil phase and water phase products, mainly used for the long-term protection of oily products and salt-free formulas.

Recommended dosage:

The general dosage is 0.03-0.3%. The exact dosage of preservative is determined according to the product and environment.

Storage and transportation

Packed in 25kg, 200kg plastic drums and 1000kg IBC drums

stored in a dark and ventilated place, the storage temperature is below 40 ℃, and the storage period is 12 months.

Precautions

(1) Please wear safety protective equipment (masks, acid-proof gloves, protective glasses, protective clothing), etc.

(2) If it accidentally sticks to the skin or enters the eyes, please wash it with plenty of water, if it is serious, please consult a doctor immediately.

(3) The pharmacy has good efficacy when it leaves the factory. Before use, please check if there is discoloration, turbidity, or odor. If it is operated below 70 ℃, it is fully fused with water and solvent.

(4) After use, please seal it as it is, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a dark place out of the reach of children

Packing & storage:

25KG or 200KG Plastic barrel,IBC(1,000KGS) To be stored in a dark place avoid sunshine.

Keep it in the temperature under 40℃.During the storage, keep the products from Reducing metal (such as Metal, aluminum Etc) and oxidant and reducer.
