Characteristic:
IPBC is extremely insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as propylene glycol (25.2g/100g, 25°C), ethanol (34.5g/100g, 25°C).
It is stable in the range of Ph=4-9 and is compounded with almost all surfactants.

Application:
IPBC can provide excellent dry film and mildew protection for indoor and outdoor paints, coatings and wood anti-corrosion. It can also be used as a strong fungicide in ink, lubricating oil and metalworking fluid.
Dosage:
Recommended usage:
Coatings and inks: 0.05-2%
Paper coating dose: 0.02-0.75%
In the metalworking fluid concentrate: 0.02-1% of the mass ratio of the concentrate
Packaging and storage:
IPBC is packaged in 25 kg paper drums.
IPBC should be stored in a dry and cool place. Stable storage for 2 years at room temperature
Precautions:
