At present, the development of a new fungicide, the investment is too large, and the resistance appears too fast, generally the existing fungicide is used in combination, can play the following roles: first, it can reduce the frequency of resistance, second, it can expand the bactericidal spectrum, third, there may be synergies or complementarities between compounds, and fourth, it can reduce costs. Therefore, the combination of fungicides will become the future direction of fungicides.
2 Research status of biological stability of water-based metal cutting fluids in China
In recent years, the biological stability of water-based metal cutting fluids has aroused widespread concern in the domestic industry, and domestic research has been conducted in this area, but it is only in the initial stage. The fungicides used in water-based metal cutting liquid, there are almost no independent innovative products in China, most of them are at a low level of imitation of foreign products and domestic added fungicides common phenolic compounds, bromine and chlorine compounds, formaldehyde releasing compounds, amine compounds, boron compounds and so on. Among them, phenolic compounds are commonly used, such as o-chlorophenol, 4-chloro-3-cresol and 2, 3, 4, 6-tetrachlorophenol, etc., which has been restricted for some highly toxic fungicides in countries. The use of boron compounds in metal cutting fluids is increasing gradually, but there are few systematic studies on it. The newly developed fungicide products in China are: for example, Shanghai Institute of Industrial Microbiology and Shanghai Institute of Pesticides took the lead in jointly developing water-based metal cutting fluid fungicide “ Gourodin ” (also known as three Dan oil), the main component is hexahydro-1,3, 5-tri (2-hydroxyethyl) -S-triazine, which has high antibacterial property, good water solubility and low price. In addition, the state has also made certain achievements in the research of new anti-corruption cutting fluids, such as the MAAC2 # emulsified cutting oil with high anti-microbial properties developed by Fu Shuqin of Shanghai Petroleum Commodity Application Research Institute. In recent years, in addition to the achievements made in the field of special fungicides, some progress has also been made in filtration devices. For example, the new cutting fluid filter device developed by the Fourth Design Institute of Tianjin Machinery Commission can more thoroughly filter the sludge, metal chips and grinding wheel debris, and can be pumped into the air through the blast equipment to suppress the number of anaerobic bacteria and eliminate the root cause of odor. In recent decades, although China has made some progress in the qualitative research on the biological stability of water-based metal cutting fluids, there is still a big gap compared with foreign countries, especially in the mechanism of bactericide research.
