1. Phenoxyethanol is free of heavy metals, and has clear index control for dioxane, diethylene glycol monophenyl ether and phenol, so it has higher purity and lower odor. It is currently one of the few preservatives generally recognized internationally. 2. Phenoxyethanol has excellent compatibility, and has very good compatibility with various surfactants. 3. Phenoxyethanol will not change the smell and color of cosmetics, external medicines and toys.
