Use of key preservatives in wood maintenance
Use of key preservatives for wood maintenance:
1. Pressure impregnation: the pressure is not less than 1mp, the time is not less than 8 hours, and the absorption is more than 50kg/cubic
2. Soaking treatment: put the wood in a soaking tank full of preservatives, soaking time at normal pressure is not less than 48h, and the absorption capacity is 100-150kg/cubic
3. Brushing treatment: It should be brushed more than three times. After the first time is completely dry, the second time should be applied, and the coating should not be missed, and the absorption should be greater than 0.5kg/㎡
Notes on wood fungicides:
1. Appropriately adjust the added amount according to the number of colonies in the production environment, seasonal climate conditions, water sources, raw materials, etc.
2. In the system rich in protein, starch, paste, hydroxymethyl cellulose and other materials, it is recommended to increase the concentration of wood preservatives.
3. The actual required concentration should be determined by the environment and the degree of protection of the product. Users must conduct tests and analysis to determine whether they meet their special purposes.
