1. Packing dangerous goods should be packed in a safe way before shipment according to their nature, transportation distance and road conditions. The package must be firm and tight, and clear, standard and easily identifiable marks must be made on the package.
2. The roads, lights, signs and fire fighting facilities at the loading and unloading site of dangerous goods must meet the conditions for safe loading and unloading. When loading and unloading dangerous goods, cars should be parked in the open air. Stevedores should pay attention to their own protection and wear necessary protective equipment. Strictly abide by the operating rules, light loading, light unloading, it is strictly prohibited to fall, impact, roll over, heavy pressure and inversion, afraid of wet goods application tarpaulin cover, goods must be stacked neatly, firmly tied up. Dangerous goods of different nature should not be mixed in the same car, such as detonators, explosives, etc., should not be loaded in the same car.
3. Please note that suitable vehicles must be used to transport dangerous goods by car. Explosives, first-class oxidants and organic oxides are not allowed to be loaded by all-truck trains, three-wheeled motor vehicles, motorcycles, human-powered three-wheelers and bicycles; Explosives, primary oxidants, organic peroxides and primary inflammables shall not be carried by tractor. Except for Class II fixed dangerous goods, other dangerous goods shall not be loaded by dump truck.
4. Pay attention to avoid fire in the transportation of dangerous goods. Tools that do not generate sparks should be used in the loading and unloading of dangerous goods. The oil tanker for loading and unloading of petroleum should be installed when the ground wire is stopped. When driving, the ground wire should touch the ground to prevent fire caused by static electricity.
