Preservative manufacturers help you solve the problem of maintenance of drawing oil
When the drawing oil is spoiled, the following phenomena occur:
1. Slightly corrupt odor;
2. Emulsification also has milky white to taupe;
3 The emulsion generates sediment or sludge due to water separation;
4. When the concentration is measured, the interface in the refractometer is blurred;
5. Lubrication performance is greatly reduced.
The above six points indicate that the emulsion has deteriorated and needs to be replaced in time.
Emulsion pool and drawing cycle equipment requirements：
(1) The emulsion tank should ensure a sufficiently large cross-sectional area, good ventilation, or an emulsion cooling system to minimize the emulsion temperature and improve the cooling performance of the emulsion. The emulsion surface should be less than 1m from the ground to ensure the emulsion surface. Smooth, to increase the emulsion cooling effect.
(2) The open-air emulsion tank should have a rainproof shed to prevent rain, snow, bacteria and other impurities from entering, affecting the pH value and concentration of the emulsion, thus affecting the stability, oxidation resistance and lubricity of the emulsion. A levee at a certain distance above the ground to prevent rainwater from flowing in.
(3) The distance between the emulsion return pipe and the liquid surface should be minimized to reduce the potential energy generated during the emulsion circulation, reduce the foam tendency, and facilitate the sedimentation of the fine copper powder carried in the emulsion.
(4) Add a filtering device for the reflux emulsion to filter out the fine copper powder contained in the emulsion and the impurities in the pipeline, clean the emulsion, and ensure the surface quality of the wire and the lubrication performance of the emulsion, thereby prolonging the life cycle of the emulsion.
(5) Regular cleaning, inspection of tower wheel and mold, removal of fine copper mud and impurities accumulated on the tower wheel, replacement of unqualified molds to ensure the surface quality of the wire.
2. Storage and storage of drawing oil (or emulsion)
(1) It should be sealed and stored at room temperature for one year. The weather should be shortened during high and low temperature weather. The storage temperature should not be lower than 15 °C in winter, and should be stored in the shade in summer, not sun exposure.
(2) Before use in winter, it should be stored in the environment of 15～35°C for a few days, and it will be restored to its original condition; if it can be moved to the warm oil room, it can be restored to its original state to ensure sufficient fluidity and convenient for pouring the barrel and liquid.
(3) Drawing oil is flammable, should pay attention to fire prevention, and the warehouse should be well ventilated.
