Oil field compound fungicide to improve the utilization rate of injected water
It was learned from the Xinjiang Oilfield Experimental Testing Institute (referred to as the laboratory) that the sterilization test carried out by the institute at the No. 802 water injection station of the No. 2 Oil Production Plant has achieved good results. 100% up to the standard, and the long-term bactericidal performance of the fungicide is obvious.
In accordance with the work requirements of the group company of "good water injection, sufficient water injection, effective water injection, and fine water injection", Xinjiang Oilfield has continuously increased its water injection control work. Good water injection quality can not only achieve the balance of storage and production, maintain the formation pressure, but also will not have a great impact on the physical properties of the reservoir seepage and its heterogeneity.
The distance from No. 802 water injection station to the wellhead is long, the water injection pipe network is aging, and the corrosion and scaling are serious, which is easy to breed bacteria, which leads to secondary pollution of the external water quality, which in turn affects the water quality compliance rate of the entire water injection block. for this problem. In June last year, the laboratory carried out research on the technology of stabilizing bacterial content at the wellhead at No. 802 water injection pumping station, aiming to explore an economical, effective and easy-to-manage sterilization method along the route from the sewage treatment station to the water injection station to the water injection wellhead.
In order to ensure the economy and sterilization effect, the laboratory carried out a pilot test of electromagnetic catalytic oxidation sterilization and chemical agent sterilization in the water injection process. During the test, technicians found that the use of electromagnetic catalytic oxidation sterilization technology, the water injection wellhead bacteria compliance rate is low, and the use of chemical agents in the water injection process to sterilize, has better long-term sterilization performance. Under the condition that the content of the three bacteria (TGB, SRB, FB) in the No. 81 treatment water is stable and up to the standard, when the pump station doses the concentration of 30 mg/L, the three bacteria content in the wellhead water can be effectively controlled to reach the standard. The agent has been added in No. 702 and No. 802 pumping stations in July and August this year, and the sterilization effect is stable. When the dosage is 50 mg/L, it can meet the qualified requirements for water quality sterilization from the pumping station to the wellhead.
The compound quaternary ammonium salt fungicide was used in this site construction, which has good long-term bactericidal performance. According to the field test period, the dosing concentration in the stable stage is about 30 mg/L, which reduces the comprehensive cost per ton of water by 60% compared with the conventional fungicide treatment.
This test is a successful case of the application of fungicide compounding technology, which makes the application of fungicide compounding technology have broad prospects, provides an important reference for the process design of wellhead water quality stabilization in Xinjiang Oilfield, and is useful for improving the research level of chemical fungicides and reducing Water injection costs, improving the comprehensive utilization rate of injected water and developing oilfields in a green environment are of great significance.
