When using IPBC, we need to pay attention to:
1. In the formula
①In different product categories, the amount of IPBC is different;
② Except for bath products and shampoos, it should not be used in products used by children under three years of age;
③This ingredient is "prohibited in body creams and body milks", such as body lotions, bodybuilding products, and sunscreens for the whole body; body cosmetics: cosmetics claimed to be used on large areas of skin such as the trunk and (or) limbs. This item means that it must not be used in any dosage form product that involves a large area of application to the body, but it can be used in topical products such as breasts, hands, feet, neck and other local parts.
2. In the label
①Although it is emphasized in the remarks, only when the product is likely to be used by children under three years old, it needs to be marked. However, it is suggested here that as long as the raw material is used, except for bath products and shampoos, all other products need to be marked with the warning word "not for children under three years of age" on the product label.
②In the use of the product, the specific application site should be clarified, such as: How to use: Take this product and apply it evenly on the skin of the face or neck, pat with both hands until it is completely absorbed. Especially for products whose Chinese name does not specify the location to be used, more attention should be paid to the comprehensiveness of the method of use. If the Chinese name of the product is "beauty skin cream", in this case, it is necessary to clearly indicate which part of the product is used in the method of use.
